Every product in the Prime Peptides catalogue is supplied for research and laboratory purposes only. Our products are not medicines, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not approved for human consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for research purposes and that you are responsible for the lawful handling and storage of any product you order. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, content or commerce functions.

Product information

Product pages describe product identity: name, strength, format, price and document status. Website content and customer support provide product and ordering information only — we do not provide medical advice or guidance on how any product should be handled or applied, and support cannot answer questions of that kind.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when checkout is completed, payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, including the eligibility and research-use conditions above. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Prices, VAT and charges

All prices on this website are shown in AED. The price on the product page is the price you pay for the product; the only addition at checkout is the delivery fee, which is displayed before you pay.

Prime Peptides does not charge VAT. No VAT is included in the prices shown and no VAT is added at checkout.

Availability and corrections

Product availability may change. Prime Peptides may correct clear pricing, description or technical errors before an order is accepted. If we correct an error after you place an order but before acceptance, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected terms or cancel with a full refund.

Delivery and returns

Delivery zones, dispatch and fees are described on the Delivery page. Order issues and refunds are described on the Returns page. Both pages form part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered, as described on the product page and in the condition promised on the Returns page. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of products contrary to their research-use-only supply terms, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
