How Prime Peptides orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered across the UAE.
Where we deliver
We deliver across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain), Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We currently deliver within the UAE only.
Dispatch
You receive an order confirmation when payment completes and a dispatch notification when your order leaves us.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is displayed at checkout before you pay — the total you see before payment (product prices plus this fee) is the full amount charged. There are no additional charges on delivery.
Discreet presentation
Orders are prepared in plain, unbranded external packaging. Full product identification and required information are included inside the order, not on the outside of the parcel.
Failed or delayed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you at the delivery address, they will attempt to contact you by phone. If delivery cannot be completed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange redelivery. If your order is running late, contact us on WhatsApp and we will chase it with the courier.
